The Process
01 – Discovering the claims
Many people don’t realize they may have unclaimed funds. These funds often come from outdated addresses, name changes, or simply being overlooked. Eventually, the state must report these funds as abandoned property. Without proper guidance, reclaiming them can be confusing, time-consuming, and frustrating—that’s where we step in.

02 – Contact
Once we identify potential unclaimed funds, we reach out to let you know. You can also contact us directly if you think you may have unclaimed money and need assistance.

03 – Verification
We collect the necessary documents and confirm your identity to ensure you are the rightful owner. This step is essential for protecting against fraudulent claims.

04 – Processing
Our team handles all the paperwork and works closely with the relevant state departments to move your claim forward. We prepare your case carefully, submit all required documents, and arrange a notary for verification. Acting on your behalf, we ensure your claim is accurate and processed as efficiently as possible.

05 – Recovering your claims
Once your claim is approved, the state will mail you a check for the recovered funds. Our processing fee is only paid after you receive your payment, directly from the state. This means there are no upfront costs or risks for you. If your claim isn’t successful, we don’t earn a fee—so your payment is fully guaranteed.
